Salary Administration

We offer a salary administration service for small organisations who find it easier or more efficient to have their payroll administered ‘out of house’. We also advise voluntary and community sector employers on salaries and entitlements, and train groups in various aspects of payroll management.

  

The Salary Administration Service includes:

  • Putting in place systems and proformas to prompt return of payroll information, then processing this information to assess gross and net salary.
  • Making payments and distributing pay advice to employers and employees.
  • Payment of contributions and submission of returns to pension schemes, HMRC, etc.
  • Storage of records to comply with HMRC and Audit requirements.
  • End of year procedures, including completion and online filing of annual statutory returns.
