Equipment and Room Hire
At our Kentish Town Road base we offer facilities and resources for voluntary and community groups to use, including room hire; equipment hire; and hot-desking facilities. These are very competitively priced and offered at a significant discount for organisations who join VAC as a member. (You can download information on charges at the bottom of this page.)
Room hire
We have 3 rooms to hire: 1 training room with capacity for 40 and 2 meeting rooms for 10-12. All are light, comfortable, fully equipped and accessible and can be arranged to suit different uses. Bookings can be hourly (meeting room only), half /full day, or evening. We provide water, tea and coffee with all bookings and can arrange further refreshments on request.
Equipment hire
We have equipment for hire to help groups in their work, including a variety of audio-visual aids, projectors, laptops, flipcharts, overhead projectors and a loop system.
Hot-desk facility
Groups can hire a fully-equipped desk (half/full day) including use of a computer, internet access, phone, fax and photocopier.
