Eat Well, Be Well, cookery course for men over 50 at Castelhaven Community Centre. Expand your knowledge of cooking and learn to prepare easy, on a budget meals. Have fun in the kitchen and socialise with others. Starting Thursday 19th January for 10 weeks, 12.30 – 2.30. Just £2.50 per class.
