Members’ Feedback
We are always open to hearing from our members what they think about our services. We regularly review how well we are doing by giving members the chance to share their views via feedback and evaluation forms, our VAC suggestions box, and external evaluations. We also conduct an annual online survey and an annual review – where an external consultant contacts a cross section of our members to interview them and hear their views on the support they have received from VAC.
