Better Governance Project

The Better Governance through Workforce Development project, a new initiative funded by the Big Lottery Fund, offers management committee members or trustees from organisations based in Camden, an opportunity to improve their competence in managing a community or voluntary organisation by:

Either option you choose and if needed, we will assign a staff member from VAC for your organisation to access one to one support and help you translate the learning into practical improvements in your organisation.

Yes, you can enrol at any time for the next round of training sessions.

  1. Just fill in and send your Expression of Interest Form
  2. If eligible, you will fill a Booking Form and send it to us with a deposit for £30 returnable on completion of the programme

More than one trustee from organisations can participate.

The Better Governance through Workforce Development Project is funded by the Big Lottery Fund, BASIS stream, for a five year period, managed by VAC and supported by a Steering Group made up of voluntary and community organisations with relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
